What areas do you cover?
We cover all areas of London, North, South, East and West. We also cover most areas of Essex. We would be willing to travel to other areas but at an increased travel cost. |

How do I arrange a trial?
You can either contact us by telephone or by going to the Contact Us page of the website and filling in the contact form, and then we will get back to you to arrange your trial. |

What happens during the trial run?
We will go through all different hairstyles and make-up looks to help you achieve your desired look for your big day. It will usually take about 3 hours based on us doing both hair and make-up for a bride and a bridesmaid. |

How long in advance would I need to book?
It would be advisable for you to try and book 2-3 months in advance so we can guarantee being able to do both your trial and wedding date. |

How does payment work?
50% of the total price will be required at the end of the trial day. The remainder of the money will need to be received by us a week in advance, if possible of your wedding day, if not payment must be made on the day.
Payment can be made in the form of cash or cheque. |

What happens on the day?
We will arrive at the agreed time and location arranged at hte trial. You should be ready to start on time so everything runs smoothly. |

If I wanted to book you for a special occassion or party, how does this work?
You can either contact us by telephone or by filling in the contact form on the Contact us page of the website. We will discuss with you the details and then come back to you with a price. If you are happy with the price then we can make a booking. |

What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel you must get in touch with us as soon as possible by telephone. Money already paid for the trial unfortunately cannot be refunded. |
